- Pour 60ML 55° North Rare Premium Whisky in a whisky glass
- Place a large, square ice cube in the glass
- Pour equal mix of 45ML Soda and 45ML Water

- Add 1 tsp brown sugar, 4 dashes bitters, and 1 tsp water to a mixing glass.
- Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add ice and 60ml 55° North Rare Premium whisky, then stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
